Wedding packages run from $1,500 to $3,000 based on the booked event window: dancing only, reception, cocktail through reception, or ceremony through the end of night. Setup, soundcheck, and breakdown are planned outside that event coverage.

How do we lock in our date?

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit secure the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

How do payments and fees work?

Payments can be made digitally, by cash, or by company check for corporate clients. The quoted rate covers the agreed event scope and standard setup/breakdown unless separate venue costs, travel, parking, or unusual logistics need to be itemized.

Can you support company paperwork?

For common venue and accounting paperwork, yes. Golden Date is licensed and carries a $2M insurance policy for venue documentation. Invoice, W-9, and COI requests can be coordinated when needed.

Do you offer custom quotes?

Yes. Corporate events and unusual wedding scopes are priced around format, timing, guest count, room count, travel, and production needs. You'll get one clear number for the agreed scope.

Do you handle ceremony audio?

Yes. Ceremony audio is included in the Full Wedding Coverage package and can be added to others. That includes wireless mics, outdoor-ready setup, and ceremony music support.

Do you handle announcements and hosting?

Yes. Hosting is included in all packages: introductions, transitions, speeches, and key announcements handled cleanly.
