Program description

Golden Date sends customer care text messages to people who contact us about our DJ and event services. Messages relate to your inquiry, scheduling, and event follow-up. This is conversational, one-to-one support, not marketing or promotional messaging.

How you opt in

You opt in by contacting us first, for example by texting or calling our business number at (510) 800-6005, or by giving us your mobile number so we can follow up. We reply to continue the conversation.

If you book an event with us, you may also opt in to recurring service messages by checking the text-message box on our contact form. These are service updates about your event, such as booking confirmation, reminders, and day-of logistics. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at booking@goldendateevents.com or (510) 800-6005.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt back in by texting START.

Delivery and carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the section on text messaging and mobile data.
